Airfryer Peach Cobbler

  • 2 Medium Peaches
  • 3/4 TBSP Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Coconut Sugar (can substitute brown sugar)
  • 2 TBSP Pecan Meal (crushed unsalted pecans)
  • 2 TBSP Cool Whip Lite

Serves: 2

Easy Level. 10 mins prep time. 10 mins cook time.


  1. Cut peaches in half, removing pit.
  2. Cook peaches in Airfryer. 390 degrees for 5 mins, meat side down. (Skin will be facing up)
  3. While peaches are in Airfryer, melt butter in microwave. In separate bowl, mix pecan crumble & coconut sugar together. Add melted butter to crumble. Mix well.
  4. After peaches cook the first 5 mins, flip peaches over, skin side down. Top peaches with crumble. Airfry 5 additional mins.
  5. Remove peaches, top with a dollap (we used 1 TBSP each serving) of light cool whip.

This will take care of your sweet tooth without ruining your Journey to Better! It hit the spot with the topping and the Cool Whip in place of ice cream!

For those with nut allergies, feel free to substitute the pecans. We eat Gluten Free and this fits into our eating plan!
