My favorite Gluten Free Gingerbread Cookie Recipe! I love to make Thanksgiving Turkeys and Christmas Gingerbread Men (and Ladies)! Works great with low cost gluten free flour from Walmart!

Ingredients
2cup Flour (Gluten Free) (I have been using Walmart's Great Value GF Flour (lowest price) and it has worked great!)
1/2tsp Ginger
1/2tsp Cream of Tartar
1/8tsp Salt
1/2tsp Baking Soda
1/2cup Butter (cold)
1/2cup Brown Sugar (packed)
1/8tsp Cloves
1 Egg
1/4tsp Cinnamon
1/4cup Molasses
Instructions
In large bowl, Combine Flour, Creame of Tartar, Baking Soda, Cloves, Cinnamon, Ginger, and Salt with a whisk
Cut in butter with a pastry knive
In a separate bowl, beat Sugar, Egg, and Molasses
Add wet ingrediants to dry, combine and shape into a ball
Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour
Roll out to 1/4" thickness and cut into fun shapes! Place on cookie sheet. I like to use a baking sheet on my cookie sheet.
