Brown the protein appropriately based on protein used. Drain fat (if needed)
Add Green Onions, Water Chestnuts, Peppers, Sesame Oil. Sautee until veggies are soft
Add Cocoaminos, teriyaki sauce, and ginger. Mix well and heat on low while you are mixing the sauce
In a separate bowl, mix cocoaminos, rice vinegar, teriyaki sauce (or sugar), ginger, sesame oil, and garlic. Mix well.
Wash and dry lettuce
put 1 - 2 tablespoons of filling into wrap and drizzle on sauce. Enjoy!
