Sliced Veggie Burger (Grilled “Hamburger”)
- 1/2 TBSP Paprika
- 1 TBSP Jarred Garlic with Juice
- 2 TBSP smoke flavoring
- 1 cup Coconut Liquid Aminos
- Kohlrabi or choice of sliced veggie
- Hamburger toppings
- Bread or lettuce for lettuce wrap
Mix all ingredients. Pour over thick sliced Kohlrabi (or sliceable vegetable of choice). Allow to marinade in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Grill / cook as you would a hamburger patty. I prefer to cook on Blackstone or on stovetop. Using small amount of cooking oil or small amount marinade to prevent sticking. Cook over low heat to desired softness of veggie patty.
Serve on bread of choice or lettuce for healthier option. Dress as you would a hamburger! Have fun experimenting with toppings!
