Thoughts on a photo

First time adding my thoughts on one of my own photos. This idea came to me after talking with my daughter, Bay. First look at a photo usually gives you an overall view. But taking the time to look a second, third or even fourth time can offer extra details missed.

I personally think the close-up of the alligator automatically makes the picture interesting. But after looking at it, I realized there are some details you don’t wanna miss!

  1. The intensity of the eye with the sun hitting just right.
  2. Follow the line of the gator’s face ending with the snout at the bottom left of the photo.
  3. Back to the eye again, check out the reflection of the eye in the water. You will need to zoom in on that for the full effect.
  4. Also, be sure to notice the alligator’s face under the water. You can zoom and get a clear view of the body shape/color/skin design. Really allows the photo to create a new feeling.
